Be Honest Y'all

I had Emma take another picture today because I feel huge. Even bigger than from Monday.

So be honest, don't I seem a little big for ten weeks, four days? I know the dates are not off, since I had the early ultrasound and I know my cycle dates. And if you saw me when I was pregnant with either of the other two, was I really this big that early with them? You will not offend me.

Anyone reading, is this normal????

I will go first...I tote a pretty big set of balls and you did say to be honest. And I did see you pregnant with Emma and Davis. Yes, in the pics you do look more than 10 weeks. However, with this being your third baby you are going to be bigger. Everything is already stretched and relaxed so you will look bigger and when the baby starts to weigh more than a peanut you will probably carry loooow. Don't you remember me carrying Jameison between my knees? He was big enough to have been twins...maybe you will get a twofer... Kiki

Oh and I am still surprised that after seeing you carry him there and then seeing the birth that I ever had kids. Talk about tramatic.....remember me being there? I was the one crying and rocking back and forth in the corner in a tiny ball.

Yes, you do look very big for 10 weeks, but like your friend said, when you get to the third one your body is already stretched out so you tend to look big earlier on. My sis is having her third on Tuesday (yay!) and she popped out very quickly too.

Hmm, yeah, maybe you have 3 or 4 in there.

:)

Seriously, you do show a lot faster by the time you get to number three. Maybe it's that by number three you stop to care what you look like and just realize you're going to get enormous and you might as well get it over with.

Or was that just me?

You're still too cute.

Why Choose It?

Judy posted a comment about being jealous at two weekends away from the kids. About how she figured it would be a long time before she got that chance. I have to admit, I thought better her than me to have the new baby. After our two weekends away and Mark joking that it was his ploy to convince me to not have anymore, I have to say.....I think it worked. After thinking about it and being able to get away so easily because the kids are bigger, I could not help but think, why go back and do it all again? If you had a choice between going out of town for the weekend or being stuck, tied down to a newborn who was feeding from your breasts every two hours and waking every three ,which would you choose? To which one might say why ever have kids at all.....fine. I have TWO. I have done it TWICE. Not only that, but for anyone who cares about it, I have one of each. One is almost seven, the other almost three. Granted Davis is not potty trained yet, but he does change his own diaper sometimes...

Shameless Confession

I love to read. I have since I was little. I also have a bad habit of getting completely engrossed in what I am reading. Getting so wrapped up that I can not put the book down until I know what happens. I am still this way. I have no self control when it comes to reading. That is not the shameless part. What is shameless is what I like to read. Chick lit. There I said. I like to read the mindless dribble that is chick lit. Not romance novels. Just your run of the mill chick lit. Over the past couple of weeks I have reignited my love of reading. And I gave into the chick lit. What is it about this genre that does me in? I have found that I enjoy the books that involve being a mom as well. Which makes sense. It is relateable on that level in some way. I can not quite put my finger on the draw. The last three books I have read, I have been able to identify with the main characters in some way. Seeing as to how they were all moms. I also seem to like (this is even more ...
